Precomp sells digital products that are made available for download immediately after purchase.
No refunds after download
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once a product has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or a licence key has been issued. Please review the product description and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
If there is a problem
If you cannot access your purchase, receive the wrong product, or believe a product does not match its description, contact us at hello@precomp.co with your order number, the email used to order, and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a remedy in line with consumer law.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where a consumer guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
